Psychotherapy is a professional space for working with your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. It is an opportunity to understand why you react in certain ways, find new strategies for coping with difficulties, and build a life that aligns with your values. Therapy helps not only to survive a crisis, but also to change what prevents you from feeling satisfaction in life.
Consultations take place online via Google Meet or another platform agreed upon in advance. I send the meeting link before each session.
Session duration:
- Individual consultation — 50 minutes
- Couples consultation — 75 minutes
For couples sessions, where possible it is recommended that partners join from separate devices so each person has their own space for comfortable interaction.

Couples therapy is a safe space for honest dialogue where each person can be heard. The couple works with the therapist to understand why the same conflicts keep recurring, learns to talk about what matters without mutual blame, and restores emotional connection and closeness. Therapy helps couples either find new ways of being together or bring the relationship to a conscious and respectful close.
